Kevin Bradford did a great job re-screening and frame repair of our pool cage following Hurricane Ian. We called the day of the storm and in five days our pool cage was better than new . When I state better than new it is in reference to the extra upgrades Advanced Screen Services did to the frame. He added brackets to the areas that broke during the storm with the hope that it will stay together during the next storm . One other great reason to deal with Kevin is in the fact that he warranties all of his work . He had to replace both doors after the storm with new . We found that one of the new door’s locking handle did not work correctly. I called and Kevin came over and replaced the assembly. I found by talking to others and by my own experience that Kevin’s pricing is the best and the he only uses quality material.

Our pool cage looks almost like new after a refresh from the team at Advanced Screen Services. Every rusty screw has been replaced and new — and much better — anchor ties were installed. The new screen material is nearly invisible but doesn’t block any more airflow than the old screen. All in all, we’re very pleased!

We had several tears in our pool cage screen following hurricane Milton. They were quick to send someone out and provide an estimate for the repairs. The crew doing the repairs were friendly and efficient. They even made a quick adjustment to out screen door to get it to latch correctly!

what can I say about Kevin!! Everything good! I have been using Advanced Screen Services for I believe 5 years now. Kevin has been amazing with his both his service and his knowledge. We contracted with Advanced Screen Services to extended/enlarge our existing lanai. Their work was outstanding. Kevin and Cindy were a pleasure to work with. The building Inspector, who conducted the final inspection, said that he rarely sees such high quality workmanship, which exceeded code requirements. Kevin worked with us from the beginning until the end of the project! Helped with HOA approvals and site survey applications. Everything came out so nicely. We are snow birds and heard from several people that the cage looked great before we even saw it! Great company and crew to work with.

As a new resident to Babcock Ranch, we wanted to extend our home's lanai. After researching our options, we went with Advanced Screen Services and we couldn't have been more happy with the work! After our original cage was demolished by Hurricane Ian, Kevin Bradford and his team from Advanced Screen Services took charge and rebuilt the cage in record time and and incorporated in the design features that made the cage much better looking and sufficiently stronger. Once they got the go ahead, the cage was finished in short order. All we get are compliments from our guests. On a scale of 1-10 Adanced Screen Services gets an 11.
